Act responsibly, follow the rules laid out by our government and medical officials.
Focus our attention on daily random acts of kindness, ours and others.
Fear is normal, leverage it, get proactive, creative and productive.
Clean, organize and purge your home, car, office, electronic files ….
Start that creative project you’ve been thinking about.
Learn something new, read watch a documentary or e-learning …
Go for walks in the park. Play with your children. Jog. Meditate. Workout …
Reach out with a helping hand to the vulnerable and frail in your community.
Mend those fences, forgive and make peace.
Watch or listen to comedy! Dance! Listen to nature sounds, meditative music and your favourite bands, musicians.
This is our time to govern our thoughts and feelings, open our heart and reach out to others with a helping hand and kindness.
If there was ever a time to have an immersive self-empowerment experience it’s now. Consciously, let us embody our authentic power and move forward with our innate creative power.

Self-love is a divine illumination that liberates our hearts and minds to be an authentic force for the goodness of ourselves and others. It is the secret sauce for a beautiful life lived well.
Self-love is the transformative alchemy we are all searching for to fix our messy lives, to cast out the darkness from our hearts, to right our wrongs, to breakthrough the barriers of our misguided creations, to reimagine our destiny and to recommit ourselves to the infinite wisdom of our collective oneness – we are in this game together.
Shame is an inner-focused, painful emotion that encompasses the entire sense of self. It distorts a person’s self image to the point that they cannot see nor relate to their deeply buried authentic selves.
Shame is an IRRATIONAL feeling of worthlessness, humiliation and self loathing that leads to an overall feeling of paralysis that profoundly sabotages a person’s life.
Internalized shame ruins lives, it stops individuals from experiencing professional success and it derails significant relationships.
With the support of a professional therapist or transformational life coach, shame can be dismantled and a person’s self-esteem and life rebuilt. 🦋
Being authentic is an ongoing process – our false sense of self recalibrating to our inherent worth. It is not a panacea for perfection rather it is our commitment to feel that we are enough, complete and whole. 🦋
The one person you will live with throughout your life time is you. You might as well reclaim your own ground and lovingly embrace your beautiful soul. To know and understand your ‘self’ makes you indestructible, in that nothing and no one can threaten your sense of wellbeing. 🦋
We do not need to seek out love for we are love, the life force that birthed and cradles us throughout our life time. When we welcome the fullness of love into our consciousness, we organically recognize our authenticity and a new vista of possibilities emerge out of the shadows. 🦋
Resistance is a force of nature … it’s like gravity … pulling at us to hang on to our safe, secure, comfortable life … the core thought that sponsors resistance is ‘I am not good enough’ to be that, to do that, to have that … choosing to push through resistance is one of our most exhilarating experiences in life … it is scary as hell … yet, when say ‘f@*k it’ and push through the pain of resistance … fear … we feel extreme aliveness … when we land on the other side, we are welcomed by our unlived authentic self … our destiny, our Nirvana.
I feel privileged that I have lived on this earthly plane for 55 years and I am looking forward to another 100 years or more .
As I journey forward, I reflect on my personal philosophy of believing in the power of my truth … My Authentic Self … A Self that is rooted in purpose, driven with passion and empowered to transform all things in life through imagination, vision and the courage to make it so.

If you answer ‘yes’ then you are experiencing success in that aspect of your life however, if you answer ‘no’ or ‘somewhat’ then it is time for you to tap into your authentic self, design a doable plan and then do ‘it’ with all of your heart, soul, gray matter and physical energy.
