We are six weeks into the new year. It’s time to check in with our aspirations, intentions and goals for 2019. It’s time to celebrate our wins and to tweak our efforts where we are lagging behind. It’s also time to recommit ourselves to what we are aiming to accomplish this year or to let certain ambitions go because they are not true to what we deeply desire to experience. The test question for manifesting any dream is ‘Am I willing to run through fire and ice to have this dream come true?’ If the answer is yes, we keep going. If the answer is no, then we may want to consider letting it go for something that is in more alignment with our truest passions. 🦋
What is the one thing you could do today, that you have never done before, that would exponentially increase your capacity to manifest your most coveted goal for 2019? Do that today! 🦋
There will be days when you will doubt yourself. You will doubt your vision, abilities or resources to achieve your goals.
Your goals don’t care about how you feel or that they will be fulfilled or abandoned.
However, if you care about your personal fulfillment and you want to move forward, then push through your uncertainty by doing what needs to be done and you will feel your confidence rise up to slay your inner demons. 🦋
Today is Blue Monday. It’s also the 21st day in 2019. A good time to reaffirm our commitments, review and tweak our new year goals and plans. Note to self, enthusiastic focus is the secret sauce for my success. Let’s do this! 🦋
If you are deciding that 2017 is going to be your year … that you are going to rock your world … reboot your life … live your dreams … fulfill a cherished goal … then I invite you to ask yourself these three powerful questions …
~ What am I going to stop doing?
~ What am I going to start doing?
~ What am I going to continue doing?
The answers will empower your journey … your committed follow-through will make ‘it’ so.

A vision without focus is fantasy.

The number one saboteur of success is lack of focus. Lack of focus wastes our time, burdens our schedules, encourages burn-out and leads us toward failure. The following are 5 easy yet highly effective steps to increase our focus stamina for success.
- Know your GOALS and your PRIORITIES. First thing in the morning, do the 1-3 CORE TASKS that move you towards accomplishing your goals and animating your vision of success.
- Start UNI-TASKING. Stop multitasking – it is inefficient and stressful.
- Control your ENVIRONMENT. Turn off anything that can interrupt you.
- Be REALISTIC. Plan more time for each core task. Tasks tend to take longer than we think.
- Take a BREAK every 30 or 60 minutes. Clear your head and move your body (Deep-breathing, walk, drink water, have a healthy snack, listen to music…)
Increase your focus stamina daily to succeed, to live the dream, to feel happy and fulfilled …
What inner obstacle(s) do you need to overcome, to grow your success?

Make New Year’s goals. Dig within, and discover what you would like to have happen in your life this year. This helps you do your part. It is an affirmation that you’re interested in fully living life in the year to come.
Goals give us direction. They put a powerful force into play on a universal, conscious, and subconscious level. Goals give our life direction.
What would you like to have happen in your life this year? What would you like to do, to accomplish? What good would you like to attract into your life? What particular areas of growth would you like to have happen to you? What blocks, or character defects, would you like to have removed?
What would you like to attain? Little things and big things? Where would you like to go? What would you like to have happen in friendship and love? What would you like to have happen in your family life?
What problems would you like to see solved? What decisions would you like to make? What would you like to happen in your career?
Write it down. Take a piece of paper, a few hours of your time, and write it all down – as an affirmation of you, your life, and your ability to choose. Then let it go.
The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.
~ Melody Beattie
Goals are a means to an end, not the ultimate purpose of our lives.
They are simply a tool to concentrate our focus and move us in a direction.
The only reason we really pursue goals is to cause ourselves to expand and grow.
Achieving goals by themselves will never make us happy in the long term; it’s who you become, as you overcome the obstacles necessary to achieve your goals, that can give you the deepest and most long-lasting sense of fulfillment.
~ Anthony Robbins
