You know how
every once in a while
you do something
and the little voice
‘There. That’s it.
That’s why you’re here’
and you get
a warm glow
in your heart
because you know
Do more of that. 🦋

You know how
Whatever happens around you, don’t take it personally…
Nothing other people do is because of you. It is because of themselves. All people live in their own dream, in their own mind; they are in a completely different world from the one we live in.
When we take something personally, we make the assumption that they know what is in our world, and we try to impose our world on their world.
Even when a situation seems so personal, even if others insult you directly, it has nothing to do with you. What they say, what they do, and the opinions they give are according to the agreements they have in their own minds…
Taking things personally makes you easy prey for these predators, the black magicians. They can hook you easily with one little opinion and feed you whatever poison they want, and because you take it personally, you eat it up….
But if you do not take it personally, you are immune in the middle of hell. Immunity in the middle of hell is the gift of this agreement.

Our stories to ourself about who we are in any given situation can create tremendous feelings of joy, enthusiasm and empowerment or devastating feelings of misery, apathy and victimhood.
Interpretation, no matter its intent is always self-serving and usually in an unconscious default mode. However, it can also be a conscious choice that boosts our empowerment no matter the circumstances that we find ourselves in.
When we turn our story around for our own benefit we can feel our self-empowerment bloom. 🦋
Do you ever wonder why you are struggling with the quality of your life, a relationship, financially, health and well-being, perhaps with your career or with your leadership?
Compassionately and with curiosity ask yourself ‘why am I struggling with _________?’
Observe, not only the thoughts that bubble up but also your unpleasant feelings.
Every struggle is a treasure trove, embrace it, accept it, feel it, and then decide how you are going to turn it around and start moving in the direction of a better experience.
And the people stayed home.
And read books, and listened, and rested, and exercised, and made art, and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still.
And listened more deeply. Some meditated, some prayed, some danced. Some met their shadows. And the people began to think differently. And the people healed.
And, in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous, mindless, and heartless ways, the earth began to heal.
And when the danger passed, and the people joined together again, they grieved their losses, and made new choices, and dreamed new images, and created new ways to live and heal the earth fully, as they had been healed.

Self-love is a divine illumination that liberates our hearts and minds to be an authentic force for the goodness of ourselves and others. It is the secret sauce for a beautiful life lived well.
Self-love is the transformative alchemy we are all searching for to fix our messy lives, to cast out the darkness from our hearts, to right our wrongs, to breakthrough the barriers of our misguided creations, to reimagine our destiny and to recommit ourselves to the infinite wisdom of our collective oneness – we are in this game together.

Wondering why the quality of your life experiences are what they are?
Listen to your thoughts, self-talk, judgments and interpretations.
Feel your feelings.
Witness your reactions, behaviour and deeds.
Without exception everything we feel, do, and experience are the results of our thoughts of whom we believe we are.
Inherently, by design, we are free to choose what we think, what we believe.
We can choose to carry on or we can choose to reimagine. 🦋
Throughout the years, I have met and coached woman in positional power who believed that being aggressive, arrogant and irreverent was the persona of a powerful person. It turned out that it wasn’t and they eventually derailed their leadership effectiveness.
Through the process of self-empowerment coaching, my clients discovered that underneath their contemptuousness was imposter syndrome, the fear of being found out that she was a phoney, that her self-confidence was wobbly and inconsistent and that she was often plagued with self-doubt.
Our coaching sessions were focused on bringing forth her inherently empowered authentic-self, which resulted in a natural and observable transformation.
An empowered woman who knows and respects herself radiates an authentic confidence, she is grace under fire and she interacts with people with interest, respect and compassion. Empowered woman understand the strength and purpose of their power and they proudly wield it to inspire, create and to positively influence her world. 🦋
The return home to Self is an Odyssey, a journey of love, appreciation and respect.🦋
With commitment we can never fail. Without commitment we will fail. If it’s important we commit 100% . If it’s sort of important, we will sort of commit and then wonder why something is not working out as we had hoped. Outcomes never lie. Go all in for yourself, make the commitment, take the risk and ride the tiger to the end. 🦋
