The weekend stretches before us, beckoning us to slow down, unplug and replenish. When we hold our well-being sacred, we take care of our whole-selves; mind, body, heart and soul. As we respectfully attend to our needs, we refill the very vessel we serve from. Imagine stepping into the new week with overflowing vitality. Mmmmm.
